US men v Haiti Saturday
The US men face Haiti this weekend in Miami. Kickoff is 7 pm CT, and the match will be shown live on HDNet. It will also be available on DirecTV via pay-per-view and online via ussoccer.com’s MatchTracker. The US roster includes Carlos Bocanegra, Eddie Pope, Tony Sanneh, Chris Armas, DaMarcus Beasley and Landon Donovan.

US & Mexico women qualify for Olympics
The US and Mexico women's teams qualified for Athens 2004 last week with semifinal wins over Costa Rica (4-0) and Canada (2-1), respectively. The teams met in the final of the qualifying tournament Friday night, with the US women bouncing back from a 2-0 deficit to win 3-2.


2004 WPSL schedule
The Houston Stars kick off the 2004 season on Saturday, May 1 at home against the Elk Grove Pride, followed by a Sunday, May 2 match against the Utah Spiders, the 2003 WPSL champions. All Houston Stars home games will be played at Soccer World Center. For directions, visit

The world’s greatest female soccer players will be featured in two weekend soccer festivals: June 17-20 in Blaine, MN and June 24-27 in Carson, CA. Each festival will include two WUSA matches; nearly 100 WUSA players are scheduled to participate, plus select international players. A third festival may be added June 10-13 at another location.
