US men v Grenada recap/next round
The US men defeated Grenada 3-2 Sunday on a soggy field in Grenada. With a 6-2 aggregate win over the two-game series against Grenada, the US continues on to the semifinal round of World Cup qualifying for the CONCACAF region. The semifinal round involves three groups of four teams; teams play a home-and-away series against each country in their group and the top two from each group advance to the final round of qualifying. Austin will host a Women's Adventure Race on September 5 with fun, beginner-friendly courses, and a festival atmosphere for racers and spectators alike. Two-women teams will compete in trail running, hiking, mountain biking, mystery events and a water section with a new twist -- teams must create their own watercraft. The event benefits the Young Survival Coalition (
