The US men defeated Grenada 3-2 Sunday on a
soggy field in Grenada. With a 6-2 aggregate win over the
two-game series against Grenada, the US continues on to
the semifinal round of World Cup qualifying for the
CONCACAF region. The semifinal round involves three
groups of four teams; teams play a home-and-away series
against each country in their group and the top two from

The WUSA's second summer festival will be

the league ceased operations last fall, the WUSA
festivals will serve as a bridge for the league as it

Austin will host a Women's Adventure Race on
September 5 with fun, beginner-friendly courses, and a
festival atmosphere for racers and spectators alike.
Two-women teams will compete in trail running, hiking,
mountain biking, mystery events and a water section with
a new twist -- teams must create their own watercraft.
