2003 Women's World Cup begins this weekend
Join Houston soccer fans this Thursday, September 25 at Brian O'Neill's in the Village to watch the US v Nigeria match. Game begins at 6:25 pm CT on ESPN2. The four top seeds of the tournament -- US, Germany, Norway and China -- all came away with wins last weekend, as did Brazil, North Korea, Russia and Japan. With a win tomorrow night, the US secures a quarterfinal berth. Sunday they'll face upstart North Korea to finish 1st round play. Game starts at 2:25 pm CT on ABC.
