Women's World Cup single game tickets
A limited number of single game tickets for all venues go on sale Friday at 11 am CT at www.FIFAworldcup.com. Each match date consists of an afternoon or evening doubleheader, except the 3rd place match and the final.
    
Single game tickets range from $20 to $175, and up to $400 for the final. Fans can also purchase tickets over the phone by calling 1-800-WWC-TIKS (992-8457) for five of the venues or 1-800-551-SEAT (7328) for RFK Stadium.
   
Three venues are close to selling out -- LA's Home Depot Center (site of the final), Portland's PGE Park (semifinal) and Columbus Crew Stadium. The full schedule is posted at http://fifaworldcup.yahoo.com/03/en/t/match/index.html.

Cruz Azul v Club Tigres in Houston
The 1st Annual "Copa de Tejas"will feature two of Mexico's best teams, Cruz Azul and Club Tigres, in Reliant Stadium on Wednesday, August 27, at 7:30 p.m. Cruz Azul is led by World Cup keeper Oscar Perez and striker Marcelo Delgado. Club Tigres features midfielder Walter Gaytan, former Mexican national teamer Claudio Suarez, and keeper Gustavo Campagnuolo.

Tickets are on sale through Ticketmaster online, Ticketmaster phones (713) 629-3700 and all Ticketmaster outlet for $18, $25 and $30. Groups of 20+ can purchase tickets for $15 by calling 1-866-GO-TEXANS. WUSA final four
In their first post-season game ever, regular season champs the Boston Breakers (Kristine Lilly, Maren Meinert) host the Washington Freedom (Mia Hamm, Abby Wambach) Saturday on PAX at 3 pm. The Atlanta Beat (Briana Scurry, Charmaine Hooper), the only team to make the playoffs every year, host the San Diego Spirit (Julie Foudy, Joy Fawcett and Houston's own Susan Bush) at 5 pm Sunday on ESPN2.

The weekend's winners book passage to San Diego, site of Founders Cup III. The championship game will air live on ESPN2 on Sunday, August 24 at 3 pm. For more info, see http://www.wusa.com/fc/.
